Leave Rilong, trekking into Changpinggou valley. First we reach Lamasi monastery and keep trekking via Lianghekou to Muluozi, where we can settle our camp. Along the way we appreciate the beautiful jokul, forest, high mountain, and meadow. Camping (3680 m)
