Wanglang
Drive to Pingwu, visit of Bao'en Si temple. It is a Buddhist Monastery, the history of it dates back to the 15th Century. The temple is famous for its glazed roof tiles, the same tiles were used for the Forbidden City in Beijing. With a size of 278 by 100 meters, it is one of the largest Buddhist temple in Sichuan. Then drive to Jiuzhaigou.
Wanglang - Pingwu - Jiuzhaigou
Jiuzhaigou is a fairyland and a paradise, it’s composed of three valleys forming a Y-shape. If there is really a fairy land in the world, it would be Jiuzhaigou Valley. It is a natural masterpiece. The mountains are green and graceful, the water is crystal clear and brightly colored. That makes a picturesque and magnificent scenery. Beauty is a harmonious unity of primitiveness, colors, shapes and ringing. It is the culmination of landscape aesthetics.

In the morning drive to visit Huanglong National Forest Park. Wander on the mountain and enjoy the beautiful karst landscape. Then take the cable car downhill. Drive to Songpan, stroll in the old town of Songpan.

Mounigou - Songpan
Drive via Ruoergai to Langmusi, passing through the endless steppes, inhabited by Tibetan nomads who move from place to place without rest. The famous war-horses were bred in Ruoergai by the Chinese army. Arrival in Langmusi, visit of Taktsang Lhamo Monastery (Langmusi Si).

Departure at 10.00 clock. Along the White Dragon River upwards to admire the mountain scenery. At about 16.00 o’clock reach the plains at the foot of Huagai Mount. The steppe is about 3550-3800 m high and is a alpine pasture and a place of settlement for Tibetans. After that, ride about a half or one kilometer to another settlement. Horse riding on the steppes of Langmusi
You will learn avout the nomads' everyday life. Observation, participation and wandering with horses are available on today's program. In the morning, observe the life of the nomads, for example how to dry cow dung and make butter. If you want, you can join them. At 10:00 o’clock starts a three-hour wandering to the summit of the holy Huagai mountain, passing the flower sea to Hongshilin pasture.

At 10.10 o’clock drive back via spring of herbs and Jikehe village to Langmusi. Arrival in Langmusi between 14 and 14.30 o’clock.
Hongshilin - Langmusi
Drive to Gansu province. In Hezuo visit of Milarepa Monastery. Late in the afternoon arrival in Xiahe, capital of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture (2900 m). In Xiahe, you will visit Labrang Monastery, the most important monastic center on the northeast border of the Tibet region after Kumbum Monastery. This monastery was built in 1710, it is one of the Six-Pillar monasteries. It has been used over centuries as a connection between Tibetan and Mongolian Lamaism.
Langmusi Si - Xiahe
Drive to Lanzhou, en route visit of Binling Buddhist cave Monastery. Across the Yellow River are the "1000 Buddha Caves temple". The oldest caves and niches date back to the 4/5 Century AD.
Xiahe - Bingling Si - Lanzhou
In the morning visit of the provincial museum (Silk Road Museum). In the afternoon transfer to the airport and departure from Lanzhou.
